About Our Physical Therapists
At Hub Physical Therapy, our mission is to help you restore and maintain your confidence in the sport of life. We empower patients to regain independence, enhance mobility, and improve their quality of life through a personalized physical therapy experience. Our dedication to compassionate care and long-term well-being ensures lasting results after surgery or setbacks, all in the comfort of your home.
We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care directly in your home.
Unlike traditional home health services from hospitals or visiting nurse agencies (VNA) that focus on helping you get to an outpatient clinic, we provide outpatient-level services designed to build your strength, endurance, and confidence so you can thrive in your daily life. We work with you in your own environment, addressing the challenges you face at home while preparing you for those outside it.
We offer a concierge-like experience without the cost, with appointments scheduled to fit your routine—not within vague time windows. Our focus is on spending quality time with each patient, ensuring you feel heard and valued. Together, we develop a personalized plan to help you make meaningful progress.
